Relationship & Individual Coaching

Relationship and individual coaching. Solution-focused approach. Empowering individuals and
couples to create positive change and achieve emotional well-being.

Aharon Schmidt

1.

Marriage Coaching

Marriage coaching with a solution-oriented approach places the marriage itself at the center—putting the marriage first.

Rather than focusing on individual wants, this path teaches couples to see challenges as shared.  When couples are united in a shared goal, many potential conflicts simply vanish.

By shifting focus from “me” to “we,” and embracing practical steps, couples can strengthen their connection and build a home filled with harmony, meaning, and warmth.

During the meetings, couples will be taught the H.A.R.M.O.N.Y. Method©, a seven-step practical approach developed by Aharon, which creates the environment where an intimate and warm marriage can flourish.

2.

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach, focuses on moving forward with clarity and purpose.

Rooted in the belief that every person has unique capabilities and strengths, this approach empowers you to tap into your potential and take practical steps toward growth.

Rather than dwelling on the past, we focus on what you can do today—building healthy habits, making positive and mindful choices, shifting thought patterns, and aligning your actions with your higher self.

During the meetings the C.A.L.M.E.R.S. Method© will be taught a seven-step practical approach developed by Aharon, to increase calm and avoid anger and other undesirable emotions.

3.

Family Coaching

Family coaching offers a practical and uplifting path toward greater connection and harmony.

Family members learns to express themselves, listen effectively, and understand each other's needs, while enabling the family to work together as a cohesive unit.

The process encourages families to see challenges as opportunities for connec-tion, not division. The focus is on building a supportive home environment through understanding, consistency, respect, and shared values.

Family members are encouraged to see each other as a "who", not only a "what".  In other words, to understand the whole person; the beauty of each individual which lies beneath the surface.

The goal is for the family to grow stronger together, with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

Meet Aharon Schmidt

Aharon Schmidt grew up in the sunny coastal town of Laguna Beach, California. He earned his B.A. in English and American Literature from the University of California at Santa Cruz, where his love for stories and search for meaning began to take shape. After college, he set out on a journey of exploration, traveling through Australia, Southeast Asia, India and Europe, seeking both adventure and deeper meaning.

His travels eventually brought him to Israel, where at first, it was just a stop along his travels—but everything changed. Over five transformative months, Aharon became deeply moved by the spiritual richness of the Land, the warmth of its people, and the depth of Jewish teachings. What began as a visit turned into a turning point.  He later enrolled in yeshiva and received Rabbinic Ordination, dedicating himself to learning and personal growth.

With a passion for helping others, Aharon pursued training in counseling through the Refuah Institute, where he studied under Dr. Yehoshua Ritchie and earned a diploma in counseling. He continued to deepen his skills in marriage coaching under the guidance of Rabbi Yitzchak Arad, learning to blend practical tools with insight and under-standing.

Today, in addition to Aharon's coaching practice, he serves as the editor of Living Jewish, a weekly Chabad publication with a large world-wide readership; is the author of the popular advice column Farbrengen, where he offers thoughtful guidance on marriage, parenting, personal challenges, and everyday life; and produces short videos where he offers insights on various self-help topics.

In addition, Aharon is the CEO of Insight Executive Search.  Aaron has worked in the field of executive search for 25 years and has worked with many of the nation’s most highly regarded research and nonprofit institutions, representing nationally regarded experts in a variety of fields.

Known for his calm presence and clear communication, Aharon provides marriage, individual and career coaching, helping people move forward with clarity, connection, and purpose.
